If you have been approached by Charles Ratliff, Chuck Ratliff, or anyone representing Ablion Home/Albion Kitchen & Bath, please do not engage this individual to handle any aspect of your home remodeling.

I paid Chuck Ratliff $17,700.00 for a remodel job on a bathroom in my Santa Barbara home.  Charles Ratliff never ordered any materials, equipment, and barely paid any of the subcontractors.  Charles kept the money to himself with no intention of actually doing the project.

Prior to hiring Charles Ratliff, I did my homework on him but later found that Chuck Ratliff AKA Charles Ratliff falsified references.  I further demanded a signed written contract, but later learned Charles had no intention of honoring any agreement. I further found that Charles Ratliff is not a licensed contractor although he actively represents being a licensed contractor.  Perhaps the most alarming information I discovered is the number of individuals that have been previously burned by Charles Ratliff.  Please see to the right for additional references.

I have created this Web site to protect homeowners and contractors from the unethical, illegal, and deceptive actions of Charles Ratliff.
